These terms apply to your use of this website and to quote requests made through it. By using the site or sending a quote request you agree to them. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information.

Quotes and orders

A quote request is not an order. Quotes depend on the garments, decoration method, quantity, artwork and turnaround, and are valid for the period stated on the quote. Prices shown on this website (including promotions) are guides and may change; the written quote we send you applies. An order starts once you approve the quote and any proof, and pay any deposit we ask for. Minimums, turnaround, pickup and delivery are described on our Ordering Info page.

Artwork and your content

You confirm that you own, or have permission to use, all artwork, logos, names and text you send us, and that printing them does not infringe anyone’s rights. We may refuse work that we believe is unlawful, infringing or offensive. You keep the rights to your artwork and allow us to use it to produce your order. We show finished work in our portfolio only with your permission.

Colours and results

Screen, proof and printed colours can differ slightly because of monitors, fabric and ink. Small variations in placement and size are normal in custom decoration.

Website use

You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to it, send spam through the forms or upload malicious files. We may block access that breaks these rules. The site content, text, photos and logos belong to Fresh Prints Supply Co. or its licensors and may not be copied without our permission.

Disclaimer and limits

The website is provided “as is”. We try to keep the information accurate but do not promise that it is complete or error-free. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses from using the website, and our liability for an order is limited to the price you paid for that order. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer or other laws that cannot be waived.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. Disputes are decided by the courts of British Columbia.
