Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 18, 2026
Fresh Prints Supply Co. (“we”, “us”) is a custom apparel decorating shop in Surrey, British Columbia. This policy explains what personal information we collect through this website, why, who sees it and how long we keep it. We follow Canada’s Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and British Columbia’s Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA).
What we collect
When you request a quote through our quote form we collect what you type or upload: your name, email address, phone number, company name, the items and quantity you want, decoration method, garment colours, print locations, quality level, needed-by date, pickup or shipping choice and shipping address, how you heard about us, any notes, and artwork files (PDF, AI, EPS, PNG, JPG, SVG, PSD).
Partly completed forms. The quote form saves your answers as you move through its steps, so that we can follow up on a request you started and help you if something goes wrong. If you give us your email address and leave before sending, we may keep that partial entry and may email you about it.
Technical data. With a submission we also record your IP address, browser type (user agent) and the page you came from. Our web server keeps standard access and error logs.
Analytics. We use Google Analytics 4 to count visits, see which pages are used and measure quote requests, phone clicks and email clicks. It sets cookies in your browser (for example _ga) and receives your IP address and device information. We do not send your name, email or form answers to Google Analytics.
Spam protection. The quote form uses Google reCAPTCHA v3, which checks browser and device signals to tell people from bots. It is covered by Google’s privacy policy and terms. Our pages may also be served through Cloudflare, which processes requests and may provide privacy-friendly traffic statistics.
Maps. The contact page may show an embedded Google Map, which can set cookies once it loads.
Why we use it
- To prepare and send your quote, answer your questions and run your order (pricing, artwork, production, pickup or delivery).
- To follow up on a request you started or sent.
- To protect the site from spam and abuse and keep it secure.
- To understand how the website is used and improve it.
We use your information for these purposes only. By sending the quote form you consent to us using your details to reply to your request. We do not sell your personal information and we do not send marketing email unless you ask us to. You can withdraw consent at any time (see “Your choices and rights”).
Who sees it
Our staff who handle quotes and orders. Service providers that run the website for us: our web host, our email delivery service, Google (Analytics, reCAPTCHA, Maps) and Cloudflare. These providers may store or process information outside Canada, including in the United States, where it may be accessible to authorities under local law. We may also disclose information when the law requires it.
How long we keep it
- Partly completed or abandoned quote forms: 90 days, then deleted.
- Completed quote requests and related artwork and correspondence: up to 24 months after the request, or longer while an order, warranty or tax record needs it.
- Website logs and analytics: according to the provider settings (Google Analytics event data is kept for 14 months or less).
Cookies
The site itself needs no login cookies for visitors. Google Analytics, reCAPTCHA and the embedded map may set cookies. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, or install Google’s Analytics opt-out add-on; the site still works, although reCAPTCHA may not be able to verify that you are a person.
Your choices and rights
You may ask to see the personal information we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted, and you may withdraw your consent for us to use it. Email or call us using the details below; we will respond within 30 days. Deleting information needed for an open order may mean we cannot finish the order.
Security
We limit access to quote data, use HTTPS and keep the website software up to date. No online service is perfectly secure, so please do not send payment card numbers or government ID numbers through the quote form.
Children
This website is for business and organization customers and is not directed at children.
