Do you have a shop in Vancouver?
No — we're not going to list a Vancouver address we don't actually work out of. Fresh Prints Supply runs out of Surrey, at 16051 80A Ave. Vancouver orders get the exact same production and turnaround as anything else out of this shop; they just ship instead of being picked up.
Why doesn't Vancouver get local pickup like the closer areas?
It comes down to the crossing. Getting from Surrey into Vancouver usually means the Pattullo, Alex Fraser or Port Mann, and depending on when you're driving, that can add a real chunk of time each way. For nearer areas we'll sometimes suggest pickup; for Vancouver, shipping is almost always the better use of your time than building a drive around it.
Where is my order actually printed?
In-house, in our Surrey shop — screen printing, embroidery and DTF are all done under one roof by us, not farmed out to a third-party printer we'd have to chase for answers.
Can you ship to Vancouver?
Yes. Tell us the neighbourhood and when you need it, and we'll build shipping timing directly into your quote.
Can I pick up in Surrey instead?
You're welcome to. The shop at 16051 80A Ave is open Monday to Friday, 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Grab the order yourself if you'd rather not wait on shipping.
What is the minimum order?
Minimum order by method: screen printing, 12 pieces per design; embroidery, no minimum (1 piece is fine); DTF, no minimum (1 piece is fine). DTF is useful if you're testing a design before committing to a bigger run.
Screen printing or DTF — which one do I need?
Rough rule of thumb: at or above the screen printing minimum (12 pieces per design) with a one- or two-colour design, screen printing wins on cost per piece. Smaller runs, mixed sizes, or full-colour and photographic artwork suit DTF better. Send us the design and quantity and we'll tell you which we'd actually run.
How long does an order take?
Vancouver orders get the same production time as everything else we make. Standard turnaround is 2–7 business days, counted from the day you approve your mockup. Rush turnaround may be available on request. Shipping time into the city is confirmed with your quote.
Can you match our brand colours?
Yes — Pantone-matched ink for screen printing, and we keep your thread colour on file so embroidery reorders match the first run.
Can I reorder the same design later?
Yes. We hang onto the prepped artwork and specs from the original run — garment, placement, ink or thread colour — so a repeat order matches the first one instead of getting rebuilt from scratch.
