School spirit wear, grad gear and fundraiser apparel for Surrey and Lower Mainland schools
We print and embroider school apparel in-house at our Surrey, BC shop for elementary, middle and secondary schools, parent advisory councils, classrooms and student clubs across Surrey and the Lower Mainland. Most school orders are run by volunteers and teachers with very little spare time, so we keep the process short: one brief, one mockup to approve, and a clear price per piece before anyone collects money.
Tees for sports day and spirit week are usually screen printed in school colours. Hoodies and crewnecks for graduating classes can be printed or embroidered; see our grad and spirit hoodies for both options. Staff shirts and club polos are often embroidered so they look tidy at assemblies, concerts and competitions.
Running a fundraiser order without the chaos
The paperwork is what usually holds up a school fundraiser. Settle the design, the garment and the price you will charge families before you announce anything, then collect every order in one place. Taking it in that order is what keeps a PAC or class order manageable from start to finish.
1. Lock the design and garment first
Ask us for a mockup and a price per piece for one or two garment choices. Families respond better to a real picture of the shirt than to a description, and the price per piece tells the PAC what margin it can set.
2. Use one order form with three columns
Student name, garment size and quantity are all you need. Keep youth and adult sizes in separate columns so nobody receives a shirt cut for the wrong age group.
3. Set a firm cut-off date
Work backwards from the day the shirts must be handed out. Leave room for our production time (2–7 business days for screen printing), plus a few school days to sort and distribute. Our how many shirts to order guide helps with the totals.
4. Send us one tally, not a pile of slips
Add up the sizes per garment and send the totals with the class or name list. We confirm the final numbers on the mockup before production, so a late change gets caught early rather than after printing.

Questions from PACs and teachers
Screen printed grad shirts start at 12 pieces per design. A very small class can use DTF instead, so even a handful of graduates can still get matching shirts. DTF order size: no minimum (1 piece is fine).
Yes. Send the class list as text, not a photo, and we lay out every name on the back. The proof shows each spelling so a teacher can check it before anything is printed.
Ask for a quote with your expected quantity first. Our price per piece, plus the margin the PAC wants to raise, gives you the selling price for families. If the number feels high, we can suggest a different garment or fewer ink colours.
Usually, yes. We redraw or clean up the crest so it prints sharply. If the original is too small to recover, we tell you before the mockup rather than after the shirts are printed.
Give us the event date when you ask for a quote. Screen printing takes 2–7 business days. Counted from the day you approve your mockup. Quote reply: within one business day.
