Staff uniforms that look the same on every new hire
Fresh Prints Supply Co. prints and embroiders corporate apparel and staff uniforms in-house at our shop on 80A Avenue in Surrey, BC, for offices, warehouses, clinics and studios across the Lower Mainland. The office managers and HR leads who call us are usually after the same things: garments that match the brand, a mockup they can forward for internal sign-off, and a reorder that comes out the same as the first run.
Most company kits use more than one decoration method. Logos on polos, quarter-zips and caps are normally stitched, which is why most offices start with our embroidered staff polos. Event tees and giveaway shirts are usually screen printed, and field or warehouse crews often need workwear and uniform printing on heavier garments. We tell you which method suits each item before you approve anything.

TransEra Logistics ordered hoodies with the company logo embroidered. An embroidered hoodie is warmer than a polo and still looks tidy on a warehouse floor or at a client visit, which makes it a sensible second piece for an operations team. Studio brands do the same thing with printed garments, like the hoodies and sweatshirts we made for Oxygen Yoga & Fitness.

New-hire kits and reorders without starting over
Reorders are where corporate apparel usually gets awkward. A new hire starts in spring and needs the same polo everyone else was given last fall. When you approve a mockup, we keep the production-ready artwork and the specs from that run on file: the garment, the placement, and the ink or thread colours. After that, a reorder is a short email with sizes and quantities, and there is no account for you to create.
A routine that keeps every hire in the same kit
- Choose a standard kit once, for example a polo, a quarter-zip and a cap, each with an approved logo placement.
- Keep a running list of sizes for upcoming hires and send it whenever you are ready to order. Embroidery order size: no minimum (1 piece is fine).
- For one or two pieces between bigger runs, ask whether DTF suits your logo. DTF order size: no minimum (1 piece is fine).
- Reorder the whole kit ahead of your busiest hiring months, so nobody starts the job in a borrowed shirt.
What offices, clinics and crews order
Embroidered polos
The usual choice for front desks, sales teams and anyone who meets clients. A stitched chest logo keeps its shape through regular washing.
Quarter-zips and jackets
A smarter layer for managers, site visits and trade show booths, usually embroidered on the left chest.
Hoodies and crewnecks
Popular for welcome kits and team days. See our custom hoodies for printed and embroidered options.
Event and giveaway tees
Screen printed shirts for conferences, community days and staff events, built on our custom t-shirt printing.
Caps and toques
A small embroidered piece that finishes a kit and works well as a client thank-you.
Hi-vis and workwear
Vests, work shirts and jackets for warehouse and field staff who need the brand visible on the job.

What is the minimum for embroidered staff polos?
Embroidery order size: no minimum (1 piece is fine). Screen printed tees and sweatshirts start at 12 pieces per design. If your team is smaller than that, send the design and the quantity and we will go through the options for a small run with you.
How long does a corporate order take?
Standard embroidery turnaround is 2–7 business days and screen printing is 2–7 business days. Counted from the day you approve your mockup. If a start date or a trade show fixes your deadline, put it in the quote request and we will tell you straight whether we can hit it.
Can you match our brand colours?
Yes. For screen printing we mix Pantone-matched ink, and for embroidery we pick the closest thread colours and keep them on file so reorders match. Send your brand guide or colour codes along with the logo.
Do you keep our artwork for reorders?
Yes. Approved artwork and the specs from your order are saved on file, so a reorder does not start from scratch. There is no account to set up. Reply to your last order email, or mention your company name.
How do finished corporate orders reach us?
Pick up at our Surrey shop, or we ship to your door anywhere in Canada. Pickup is at 16051 80A Ave in Surrey. Shop hours: Monday to Friday, 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
