What is the minimum order?
- Screen printing: 12 pieces per design.
- Embroidery: no minimum (1 piece is fine).
- DTF and heat press: no minimum (1 piece is fine).
We will recommend a method for your quantity with your quote.
How long does an order take?
Turnaround is counted from the day you approve your mockup.
- Screen printing: 2–7 business days.
- Embroidery: 2–7 business days.
- DTF and heat press: 2–7 business days.
Can you rush an order?
Rush turnaround may be available on request.
Do you deliver or ship?
Pick up at our Surrey shop, or we ship to your door anywhere in Canada.
How fast do you reply to a quote request?
Quotes usually come back within one business day.
The shop is open Monday to Friday, 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
How does mockup approval work?
Every order gets a free digital mockup showing size and placement on the garment.
Nothing goes to production until you approve it.
