    Our story

Fresh Prints Supply Co. started right here in Surrey.

What started as a garage setup during the first Covid shutdown has grown into a full production shop — screen printing, embroidery, and DTF, all under one roof, all done in-house. Founder Rajan Bains built it around a gap he saw in local apparel printing: faster turnaround, tighter quality control, and pricing that actually made sense for a Surrey business.

If you're a Surrey business, school, sports team, or event organizer, this is your local shop — not a call centre routing your order somewhere else. Every screen you see printed, every stitch of embroidery, happens on this floor.

    Choosing a method

    Every method we run, explained

Four processes, each suited to a different kind of order. Here's what each one actually does, how it's priced, and what it's genuinely best at — not just a one-line pitch.

    Screen Printing

Best for bigger runs — team jerseys, staff tees, event shirts — where the same bold design is repeated across a full run. It's a durable method: plastisol ink sits on top of the fibres and holds up to repeated washing.

How it works: We burn your design onto a fine mesh screen, one screen per ink colour, then pull ink through the mesh directly onto the garment with a squeegee. Each colour is a separate pass, which is why the price is driven by colour count as much as quantity — but once the screens are made, printing piece 50 costs almost the same as printing piece 12.

    • Team and league jerseys
    • Staff and uniform tees
    • Event and fundraiser shirts
    • Spirit wear for schools

Cost per piece drops fast as the run grows. Every extra ink colour adds a screen, so 1–2 colour designs stay the most economical.

    Embroidery

Polos, hats, jackets and uniforms that need to look sharp for years, not just survive one wash. A stitched logo reads as more premium than a printed one, which is why it's the default for anything a client or customer sees up close.

How it works: Your logo is digitised into a stitch file first — converted from artwork into a sequence of needle movements — then run on multi-head machines that stitch thread directly into the fabric. Because you're paying for stitches, not ink coverage, a five-colour logo doesn't cost more than a two-colour one at the same size; density and detail are what drive the price.

    • Work polos and button-ups
    • Caps and toques
    • Fleece and softshell jackets
    • Anything customer-facing

Priced by stitch count, not colour count. Fine detail and small text usually need simplifying first so it still reads clearly in thread.

    DTF & Heat Press

Full-colour, photo-style artwork on small or mixed-size runs — a good fit for a one-off order or a design with more colours or detail than screen printing can reproduce cleanly. It also works on fabrics screen printing doesn't bond to well, like performance and blended materials.

How it works: The design is printed onto a special film, dusted with adhesive powder, then heat-pressed onto the garment — the transfer bonds to almost any fabric without needing a screen for every colour. Because there's no screen setup, a single piece costs roughly the same per unit as a run of fifty; you're not paying to unlock the process, just for the print itself.

    • One-offs and samples
    • Photo or gradient artwork
    • Names and numbers
    • Mixed garment types in one order

No screen setup, so small runs stay affordable — but per-piece cost stays flat as quantity climbs, unlike screen printing.

    Design Assistance

Working from a blurry logo, an old business card scan, or a phone photo of a sign? We clean it up and get it print-ready before anything goes to production — this isn't an upsell, it's part of getting your order right.

How it works: Depending on what you send, that means redrawing a low-res logo as a scalable vector, separating a design into individual colours for screen printing, or digitising artwork into a stitch file for embroidery. Simple cleanup and format conversions are usually quick; a full redesign from a rough sketch takes longer, and we'll give you a real date once we've seen the file.

    • Redrawing low-res logos
    • Colour separation for screens
    • Digitising for embroidery
    • Placement and sizing mockups

You approve a mockup before we touch a garment. Nothing goes to press unseen.

    Who we work with

Who we work with in Surrey

    Local Businesses & Staff Teams

Embroidered polos, hats and jackets for crews who wear them every day — the kind of order where durability matters more than price per piece, since the same jacket needs to still look sharp a year and a hundred washes later.

We also handle the one-off runs: branded tees for a trade show booth, a batch of hoodies for a company event, or a small reorder when a new hire joins mid-year and needs to match everyone else.

    Schools & Sports Teams

Grad wear, spirit wear and fundraiser tees for local schools — usually with a size breakdown and per-piece pricing a PAC or student council needs before it can approve anything.

For sports teams and clubs, that's jerseys and warm-ups with names and numbers, sized for a roster rather than a standard size run, and reorderable when a new player joins partway through the season.

    Restaurants & Event Organizers

Staff uniforms and aprons for local restaurants and cafes, built to hold up to a commercial kitchen and a daily wash cycle without the logo cracking or fading.

For one-off events, that's race tees, festival merch, and volunteer shirts — usually printed in volume, against a fixed date, with no room for the schedule to slip.

    How it works

    Five steps, no surprises

Standard turnaround is 2–7 business days, counted from the day you approve your mockup.

    1. Send us the details

Quantity, garment, sizes, where the logo goes, and the date you need it by. A rough idea is enough to start.

    2. We quote the method

We tell you whether screen print, embroidery or DTF is the right call for your run — and what each would cost.

    3. Artwork gets prepped

We clean up or redraw the file, then send a mockup showing size and placement on the actual garment.

    4. You approve it

Nothing goes to production until you sign off on the mockup. Standard turnaround is 2–7 business days, counted from the day you approve your mockup.

    5. Pickup at the shop

Collect your finished order right at 16051 80A Ave during business hours.
