Screen Printing

Best for bigger runs — team jerseys, staff tees, event shirts — where you need the same bold design on 12+ pieces. It's the standard for anything that needs to survive a season of wear and repeat washing without cracking or fading.

Embroidery

Polos, hats, jackets and uniforms that need to look sharp for years, not just survive one wash. The stitched finish reads as more premium than a printed logo, which is why it's the default for anything customer-facing.

Priced by stitch count, not colour count. Fine detail and small text need simplifying first.

DTF & Heat Press

Full-colour, photo-style artwork on small or mixed-size runs — a good fit for a one-off order or a design with more than a couple of colours. It also works on fabrics screen printing doesn't bond to well, like performance and blended materials.

The things Langley customers ask first

Do you have a shop in Langley?

No. We are based in Surrey at 16051 80A Ave, and we would rather say so than list a Langley address we do not actually work out of. Langley customers get the same service — the printing just happens about 20 minutes up the highway.

Where is my order actually printed?

Everything is produced in-house at our Surrey facility — screen printing, embroidery and DTF all happen under one roof. Nothing is sent to a third-party printer, so we can answer questions about your job without chasing someone else for an answer.

Can I pick my order up in person?

Yes. Pickup is at 16051 80A Ave in Surrey, Monday to Friday, 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. We will let you know the moment the order is packed and ready.

Do you deliver to Langley?

Yes — we deliver finished orders into Langley rather than making you drive out. Tell us where the order needs to land and when, and we will confirm delivery timing with your quote.

What is the minimum order?

It depends on the method. Screen printing starts at 12 pieces, embroidery at 6, and DTF or heat press can be done down to a single piece. If your quantity sits awkwardly between those, we will tell you which way it makes more sense to go.

Screen printing or DTF — which one do I need?

Rough rule: if you need 12 or more of the same one- or two-colour design, screen printing gives you the lowest cost per piece. If the run is small, the sizes are mixed, or the artwork is full-colour or photographic, DTF is the better fit. Send us the design and quantity and we will tell you which we would run.

How long does an order take?

Standard turnaround is 7 to 10 business days from the moment you approve the mockup — not from the day you first email us. If you have a hard deadline, say so up front and we will tell you honestly whether it is doable.

My logo is a low-res JPG. Is that a problem?

Not usually. Design assistance is part of the job — we redraw or clean up the file and get it print-ready before production. For embroidery we also digitise it, which sometimes means simplifying very fine detail so it still reads in thread.

Can I reorder the same design later?

Yes. We keep your prepped artwork and the specs from the original run — garment, placement, ink or thread colours — so a repeat order matches the first one instead of being rebuilt from scratch.
