Real estate orders tend to be smaller and more frequent than other company orders: a few polos for new agents this month, a batch of tees for a community event next month. Logos on polos, quarter-zips and caps are normally stitched, so most teams start with our embroidered polos and jackets and add printed tees when an event comes up. Checking your brokerage brand rules on the proof
Most brokerages, and every franchise, publish brand standards: an approved logo lockup, exact colours, clear space around the mark and a minimum size. Your apparel has to follow them, and the mockup is where you confirm it. Check the proof against your own brand guide on these points.
- The right lockup. Brokerage logo, team name and agent name in the order the brand guide allows, with nothing stretched or recoloured.
- Colours. Compare the ink or thread colours on the mockup against the colour codes in the guide, and send the codes with your logo.
- Clear space. No other text crowding the mark, especially when a team name sits under the brokerage logo.
- Minimum size. Small text inside a logo can blur in thread, so very fine detail may need a simplified version for embroidery.
- Placement. Left chest for polos and jackets, centred front or full back for event tees; confirm the size in inches on the proof.

Embroidered polo order size: no minimum (1 piece is fine). Many teams order a batch for current agents and then reorder smaller numbers as new agents join, using the same artwork on file.

Yes. We keep your approved artwork, placement and thread or ink colours saved on file, so a polo ordered next year matches the ones your team already wears.
Can you follow our franchise brand standards?

How fast can a small realtor order be ready?
Embroidery takes 2–7 business days and printed tees take 2–7 business days. Counted from the day you approve your mockup. If an open house date is fixed, include it in your request and we will tell you whether it works.
