Team uniforms and club apparel, made in Surrey
Coaches, team managers and club volunteers across Surrey and the Lower Mainland bring us the same job every season: a roster, a crest, a few sponsor logos and a first game that will not move. We print and embroider team uniforms in-house at our Surrey, BC shop, so whoever you talk to about the order is also the person checking your names and numbers before production starts.
Most club kits combine two methods. Game and practice shirts are usually screen printed for the lowest cost per piece on a full roster. Individual player names and numbers are a good fit for DTF, which handles a different print on every garment; read more about names and numbers with DTF. Collecting sizes, names and numbers from a roster
The roster is where team orders go wrong. A size is missing, two players want the same number, or a nickname turns up where a surname should be. Sort all of that out in one spreadsheet before you ask for a quote, and the rest of the order is straightforward.
Build one roster sheet
- One row per player with the name exactly as it should print, the number, and the size for each garment.
- Add coaches and managers as their own rows, with a note if their pieces get a different print or no number.
- Mark youth and adult sizes clearly; a youth large and an adult small are not the same shirt.
Check it before it reaches us
- Sort by number to catch duplicates, and confirm league rules on number size and placement.
- Ask each family to confirm the spelling of the name; we print it exactly as written.
- Leave two or three spare pieces in common sizes for players who join after the order.
Sort out sponsors early
Sponsor logos are the other common hold-up. Ask each sponsor for a vector file (AI, EPS, SVG or PDF) at the start of the season. Confirm which garments each logo appears on, and check your league’s rules on sponsor size before you request a mockup.
When the sheet is ready, send it to us with the crest and the sponsor logos. The mockup shows a sample back with a name and number on it, so you can approve the size and position once for the whole team.

Can every jersey have a different name and number?
Yes. Send the roster as a spreadsheet with first name, last name, number and size. Each back is laid out individually and checked against your sheet before it is pressed.
What is the minimum for team shirts?
Screen printed team shirts start at 12 pieces per design. A small roster, or a coach who needs one extra piece, can go with DTF instead. DTF order size: no minimum (1 piece is fine).
Can hoodies match the jerseys?
Yes. Order both in one job and we use the same crest artwork, colours and sponsor layout across the set, so the travel kit and the game kit read as one club.
A player joined mid-season. Can we add one piece?
Yes. Your approved artwork and specs stay on file, so a late addition matches the rest of the team. Single pieces with a name and number are usually made with DTF.
How do we get the finished kit?
Pick up at our Surrey shop, or we ship to your door anywhere in Canada. Teams picking up come to 16051 80A Ave, Surrey. Quote reply: within one business day.
