These are real orders produced in-house at our shop in Surrey, BC: staff tees for Nando's, studio hoodies and a sweatshirt for Oxygen Yoga & Fitness, an embroidered hoodie for TransEra Logistics, tees for Parm Man Real Estate Group, lettering for Moshow, and our own embroidered hat. We show a client's work only after they have agreed to it, so new projects appear here as those permissions come in.
Each card names the client, says what we made and by which method, and links to the matching service. Where we have written up the whole job, the card also links to the case study. Screen printing
The tees and hoodies above were screen printed. Ink is pushed through a fine mesh screen onto the garment, with one screen for each colour. It suits one design on a full run of shirts. Screen printing minimum: 12 pieces per design. See screen printing in Surrey.
Embroidery
Logos on hats, polos and some hoodies are embroidered. The design is digitised into a stitch file and sewn into the garment on our embroidery machines, which gives a raised, textured logo. Embroidery minimum: no minimum (1 piece is fine). See custom embroidery.
DTF and heat press
Full-colour designs, photo artwork and individual names are printed onto a film and heat pressed onto the garment. With no screens to set up, it suits small runs and one-off pieces. DTF minimum: no minimum (1 piece is fine). See DTF and heat press printing.
Artwork and mockups
Plenty of orders start from a low-resolution logo or an old file. Cleaning up the artwork is part of the job, and every order gets a digital mockup on the garment before production starts. See logo cleanup and design help.
Choosing a method for your own order
A logo with a few solid colours on a tee or hoodie usually goes to screen printing. A logo for a cap, polo or jacket usually goes to embroidery. Artwork with gradients, photos or many colours, or an order of a few pieces, usually goes to DTF. If you are unsure, send the file and the garment you have in mind and we will say which method suits it.

Send the garment, a rough quantity, your logo and the date you need it. You get a mockup and a quote before anything is made. Standard screen printing turnaround: 2–7 business days. Counted from the day you approve your mockup. Pick up at our Surrey shop, or we ship to your door anywhere in Canada.
