What is the minimum quantity for grad shirts?

Our minimum is 12 shirts per design for screen printing. For a small grad class we can also use heat press or DTF, which has a lower minimum so a class of 8 can still get a coordinated look.

Can you print every grad name on the back of the shirt?

Yes. Send us the full class list and we will lay out every name on the back. We share a proof so the spelling can be checked before we go to print.

Do you offer pricing that lets a PAC fundraiser make a profit?

Yes. Tell us your goal price to parents and the quantity you expect to sell. We work backwards from there with the right garment so the PAC keeps a healthy margin.

Our school logo is a low resolution JPG. Can you still use it?

Almost always. Our design team rebuilds school crests as clean vector art at no extra cost on most orders. If the original is too small or blurry to recover, we tell you up front and offer a fixed redraw price.

How do we collect sizes from parents without losing track?

We share a simple size sheet by email or PDF. You collect it however works for your school, then send us the totals. We can break sizes into youth and adult on the same order.

Will the shirts be ready in time for grad day?

Standard production is 7 to 10 business days from approved mockup. Tell us the event date when you book the order and we commit a delivery date in writing.
